A Stakeholder Community Engagement survey is conducted at the end of every school year in order for Francis Howell to obtain actionable feedback from the community.  Let’s look at the results since our conservative board majority was elected in 2023:

The biggest movement in the survey was with the question “I trust District leadership to make good decisions.” which saw a 19 point increase from 37% to 56% approval!  To imagine back in 2022 when only 37% of respondents trusted District leadership.

The second biggest jump in approval was budget related with the question “The District spends taxpayer funds effectively and efficiently.” which started from a severe low of 33% and grew to 47%!  As School Board Vice President, Randy Cook has helped to restore proper fiscal control of the District’s $230 million budget.

These numbers show since Randy Cook was elected to the FHSD School Board in April 2022, community trust and satisfaction with the school district has seen significant improvement—and he still isn’t finished!  This April we can ensure Francis Howell continues to build on this progress by re-electing the strong leadership of Randy Cook (https://randycook.com) and new candidate Ashley Sturm (https://votesturm.com).
